Using and Tailoring Microsoft Teams for Your Organization is an instructional eBook created for AvePoint. This 36-page eBook provides strategies that organizations can adopt to better manage their Microsoft 365 environment. As the sole designer on the project, I worked with the Director of Content within a two-week timeline to determine the design direction, establish layout, and create infographics for the eBook.
Cover options for the eBook
To differentiate the content from AvePoint’s existing eBooks a unique color palette was picked. I presented three covers and our team chose the option with friendly and illustrative imagery. In order to keep brand consistency, typography followed AvePoint's style guide.
I created appropriate visuals for the content to keep the highly technical text engaging. The eBook is distributed in both print and web, so I took special care to meet production needs for both formats.
